30-minute virtual session

During a 1:1 session, we will journey back to your heart and pursue wholeness with your true hopes, desires, and values. Whatever challenges you may be facing, we will reframe them to position you in a place of empowerment

• During your session, I’ll assess your energetic blocks and areas for better flow. While we will begin with a spoken conversation, 

• We will also spend time in silence and peace as I facilitate subtle but powerful energetic improvements/Balancing your well-being.
• Are you ready to awaken to the possibilities of your life? This 30-minute session will guide you in your journey to Aliveness.
